PINK ROSE HEAD BAND- EBAY
WHITE DRESS WORN AS A TOP- CHICWISH
DIY SKIRT FROM NIGHT DRESS- 9 CROW STREET
We’ve all seen the 50s and Sixties blooming in this Spring Summers trends I mean it seems to be in fashion all the time but this year there are some strong vibes being channeled through the likes of Designers like Louis Vuitton and artists such as Lana Del Rey, Paloma Faith, Marina and the Diamonds, you’ve seen Topshop’s lookbook for Factory girl and even Tavi Gevison is rocking the beehive over on her Blog. This post was mainly inspired by Dior’s New Fragrance Commercial for Addict , if you haven’t seen it click here now. Well what better way to join in all the fun by making a Love Den. I bought some heart shaped balloons, confetti and little cupcakes cases in my nearest Garden Centre, they were in the sale so I thought I’d better had buy them.
I made this floral skirt from a nightie dress that I got from 9 Crow Street. I just love mixing in nightwear with an every day outfit. The nightie was so long and you can see the top half of it here.
I’ve been picking wild flowers again, every time the sun shines there are so many Roses to pick. I feel bad but how can you resist. I have a thing for flowers recently, and I’ve been collecting empty jars, bottles and floral china tea cups to display on my windowsill. Its remarkably relaxing smelling those sweet floral flowers every morning you wake. I went to visit my grandma and we visited our nearest town where I bought some boat shoes in the sale for £10 they are so comfy, I also bought some socks because these were just so Lolita, I got some sweets mmm and we walked along the Canal and stopped at the pub for some lunch. Also I was the Cosmopolitan’s VO5 Style Icon last week and had my photo displayed all day, which was so cool I was so happy. Don’t forget to check out my Blog Sale!
