Favourite Films

Bright Star, 2009

Hey, Happy New Year everyone, I am still in the midst of my dissertation writing but it will soon be out of the way this weekend and then I can relax and make some cupcakes or take a walk, phew! Over the holidays, I was working hard in retail and then when I would come home I would be too exhausted for any socialising and just ended up watching my favourite films. I have watched these a few times and they never get old, the way they are put together with close attention to the costume, chosen location, music everything suits my personal style down to a tea. In no particular order here are my top 11 favourite films of all times, let me know if you have seen any of them and what you think of them? Whats your favourite films? I'm always looking for new dreamy ones to watch.

Lots of love,

Charlotte

  5. Just stumbled upon this post while browsing your blog, and I needed to comment on it! It seems you love period dramas, and I love them too :D I love Jane Eyre as well, by the way if you haven't seen it maybe you should check the BBC mini-series from 2006, the best adaptation of the novel I think!
I have to watch Tuck Everlasting and The Great Gatsby soon! If you're in for recommendations, have you seen Little Women? It is such a sweet film. Suite Fran├žaise is great as well, set in WW2 and very moving. :)
