001. I hope everyone had a good time partying and drowning your sorrows. My plans didn't go to well so ended up staying in, sipping wine smoking a cigar I found under my bed. The room was filled with new perfume scents. I know have a lovely collection of Miss Dior, Dior A'bsolu and Dolce and Gabbana, I think this year I'm going to collect some old perfume bottles. There is something quite nostalgic about them, whether old or new, its something that completely belongs to a women. Well should I say her dressing table. I love sorting mine out with vintage pieces handed down from my grandmama, and aligning them with bits of greenery collected from winter walks. I love keeping childhood items as well, mainly cake toppers from my Birthdays. I've started to gain inspiration from back stage dressing rooms, mainly from the movie Moulin Rouge, I loved miss Hanagan's bedroom in Annie, Maybe its something from my past life that I just love about the dim lighting, feather boas, light bulb mirrors and the whole theatrical atmosphere.
