001. I went for a long walk yesterday in my nearest village to try and investigate the forest area that I found on google maps. It was so hot and I had to climb over barbed wire and through fields with buttercups and grass as high as my thighs. I get awfully paranoid and scared that there are grass snakes or something lurking down there. Its quite a dangerous job exploring by yourself especially without a mobile phone. What if I fell down a rabbit hole and got lost in wonderland. I know my imagination runs wild but I am a terrible worrier and after watching 'Picnic At Hanging Rock' I just fear stepping into a parallel world or something like that.


002. I've recently watched 'The Virgin Suicides' and it brings me back to how much it inspired me last year. I used to make so many shrines and it made me want to have a huge collection of lace and vintage dresses. I know it shifts away from my recent 50s/60s girly gangster style but I just adore the Victorian/Edwardian era and I want to show off my obsession with night wear and floral head crowns. I guess they still do have the Lana Del Rey vibe about them!
